TEEN & MISS DIVISION QUALIFICATIONS

2023 Competition Eligibility
Age valid as of December 31, 2023

  • Lineage to the country by birth, naturalization, or heritage

  • Outgoing and friendly

  • Never been married

  • Has an interest in a specific mission, purpose, or advocacy

  • Shows strong morals in reputation, career, habits, and history

TEEN 13-19

MISS 18-29

  • Holds an international passport valid through 2023

  • Not pregnant at the time of application and competition

  • Never given birth

  • Legally a female

ELITE DIVISION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Has an interest in a specific mission, purpose, or advocacy

  • Shows strong morals in reputation, career, habits, and history


ELITE 21-39

  • Holds an international passport valid through 2023

  • Not pregnant at the time of application and competition

  • Has or has not given birth

  • Legally a female
